Private and Group Training

Summer 2025- On Field Trainings

Over the past two summers, we’ve held both 1-on-1 and small group training sessions across the South Shore and North Shore of Massachusetts, as well as in New Hampshire, serving over 50 athletes across New England.

Training Focus Includes:

  • Footwork & Agility:

    • Quickness, change of direction, and balance drills tailored to position-specific movement.

  • Athletic Positioning:

    • Proper stance, alignment, and movement patterns to maximize performance and reduce injury risk.

  • Tackling & Block Destruction:

    • Safe and effective techniques for winning individual battles on the field.

  • Position-Specific Drills:

    • Skills and drills designed for defensive backs, linebackers, wide receivers, and running backs to sharpen technique and execution.

  • Football IQ Development:

    • Film study, situational awareness, and on-field decision-making to help athletes read the game like a coach.

  • Leadership & Mental Skills:

    • Building confidence, focus, and resilience to perform under pressure and lead teammates.

 

What's Next:

In addition to summer training, we offer maintenance sessions throughout the fall to keep athletes sharp during the season. Be on the lookout for our winter, spring, and summer 2026 sessions, designed to continue structured, high-level development that helps athletes maximize their potential both on and off the field.
