About Casey

Casey DeAndrade grew up in East Bridgewater, Massachusetts, with a love for football that would shape the course of his life. His talent and dedication earned him a full scholarship to the University of New Hampshire, where he played at the Division 1 level. During his time at UNH, he became a three-time All-American cornerback, three-time All-CAA First Team selection, and recipient of the CAA Chuck Boone Leadership Award, honoring players who exemplify leadership, character, and commitment both on and off the field. He also served as team captain, member of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, and Athletic Department Liaison for the President’s Council, embracing leadership and responsibility from an early age.

After college, Casey’s dream of playing professionally briefly came within reach when he was signed by the Baltimore Ravens, only to have that opportunity taken away due to a previous injury. What could have been a setback became the spark for the next chapter of his life: coaching. Casey transitioned into college coaching, holding key positions at UNH and the College of the Holy Cross, including Special Teams Coordinator, Secondary Coach, and Defensive Pass Game Coordinator. In these roles, he recruited and mentored athletes, guided players in developing leadership skills, and helped them grow both on and off the field. He designed practice plans, analyzed film, and worked to foster not just athletic skill, but character, resilience, and accountability.

Coaching became more than a career—it was a calling. But in 2024, after years of investing deeply in student-athletes, Casey made the decision to step away from coaching to focus on family, after the birth of his son, Bennett. Family, presence, community, and connection are values he holds above all else, and this shift allowed him to bring those same principles into his mentorship work.

Today, Casey combines his experience as a player, coach, and mentor to guide the next generation of athletes. He offers personalized guidance that blends skill development, leadership, mindset coaching, and habit-building, helping athletes maximize their potential on the field, in the classroom, and in life. Casey’s mission is rooted in connection, growth, and authenticity—he doesn’t just teach the game of football, he helps young athletes develop the tools, confidence, and mindset to thrive as people and leaders.

Our mission is to use football as a platform to shape not just athletes, but leaders. We guide student-athletes to excel on the field, in the classroom, and through the college recruiting process, teaching the skills, mindset, and habits that will carry them beyond the game. Through personalized mentorship, meaningful guidance, and real-world experience, we help each athlete build confidence, character, and resilience—preparing them to thrive at the next level and in life.
